K-12 School Copier Program
Since 2002 Copier City has participated in the K-12 copier program that offers special subsidized program for public schools that combines various federal and state grants and initiatives to enable schools to upgrade their copiers to all digital and network ready copiers while reducing operating costs.
The success of this program has been overwhelming and Copier City pleased to announce that the program has been expanded to include private schools as well as qualifying non-profit organizations.
The terms and conditions of the program remain unchanged with any entity wishing to receive the subsidized program providing the current and proposed requirements as well as proof of need as evidenced by their current copier agreements, monthly or yearly usage and copies of their current lease agreements.
Once qualified Copier City will present all required information to the bank that in turn will evaluate the request and generate a proposal that the requesting entity qualifies for under the program.
In accordance with Copier City’s standard operating procedure all proposals shall clearly state any monthly or quarterly equipment fee, the copies included in the proposal and any overage charge should the requesting entity exceed the allotted copies and all agreements shall hold the pricing firm for the entire length of the agreement as well as include an insurance policy that will allow Copier City to replace any copier not performing to required performance at no cost and no change to the agreement.
For further information please contact your local Copier City consultant to arrange for a consultation and review of your document management needs.
